The Management Team, together with the Investors, engages private capital in each transaction carried out by the Fund.

Investment formula

We operate in a “deal by deal” model, thanks to which Investors know the investment target very well and can decide on the entry and the amount of investment in a given company.

Investment ticket

The minimum investment ticket depends on the total amount of investment in a given company, but must exceed PLN 150 k.

Settlements of results

The results are always settled on a “deal by deal” basis, calculated at the exit stage and based on the terms specified in the investment agreement.
