The Privacy Policy – Personal Data Processing Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to personal data obtained from you while using this website, which is owned by the fund 4growth VC sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Szara 10, 00-420 Warsaw (hereinafter the “Fund”).

By accepting the Policy and submitting your data to the Fund via the contact form, you consent to the processing of the personal data you provide for the purpose of enabling the Fund to review your inquiry or offer, prepare a response, and have representatives of the Fund contact you to deliver it. This contact may be carried out using the following communication methods: SMS, email, phone call, video call, or postal correspondence.

You may also contact us by postal mail addressed to the data controller. In such cases, please include the header “Personal Data Protection” in your correspondence.

We will collect and process the following data:

  • information provided by you through the application form,
  • information obtained or learned by other means, such as data about the browser or device used to visit our website, your usage of the site and its subpages, traffic and location data.

We will only use the information you provide when we have your consent or another legally justified reason for doing so. We may use the information provided or obtained through this site for the following purposes:

  • evaluation of the application form,
  • responding to your inquiry or feedback,
  • providing you with information, products, or services you requested or that we believe may interest you,
  • fulfilling our obligations under agreements made between the Fund and individuals or entities that provided personal data,

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).

Decisions regarding the personal data you provide will not be made in an automated manner, in accordance with Article 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).

Providing your personal data is entirely voluntary. Failure to provide data will result in the inability to fully achieve the purposes mentioned above.

Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the respective processing purpose described above and, after achieving that purpose, retained to the extent required to fulfill legal obligations and for protection against claims.
